Introduction to
Virtual Production
Interested in how Virtual Production works, the pros, the cons,
new workflow and opportunities for content creators or any kind?
This in-person introduction day covers all aspects of Virtual Production for:
Filmmakers, Marketing Creatives, Event Professionals, Film Crew, Communications Agencies, Broadcast Professionals, Film Producers, Unreal Engine VFX Artists and Social Professionals
Event Production Teams,
Clients and AV Suppliers
Utilising Virtual Production within complex events can be challenging due to lack on hands on experience of all the key-stakeholders in the events extended team.
This introduction day will present the context, workflow and skills required to start the journey.
Client Marketing Teams
As an innovative marketing team with responsibility for brand, creative and delivery, it is key that Virtual Production is fully understood to ensure full value is fully delivered.
This half day course for teams or individuals will contextualise this disruptive and innovative technology, allowing for informed decisions to be made across content, events and advertising.
Film & Broadcast Graduates
The acceleration of technology may have resulted in your under-grad course not being able to pivot to include Virtual Production.
This single day course will suit most film or broadcast speicalists or generalists, giving the attendees an understanding how to consider the nuances of VP from a traditional perspective.
Film Professionals
Virtual Production is here to stay, but professional VP experience is hard to come by.
This single day course will suit independent DoPs, Art, Camera Ops, Post Production, DiTs, ADs, Directors and Producers amongst others.
It will give the participants an understanding how to consider the nuances of
VP from a traditional perspective.
Film Production Teams
Film Producers and their teams, traditionally, judge scripts by the resources available;
budget, locations, talent etc etc etc.
However, Virtual Production is disrupting that model.
Now a multi-location script can be shot in the same studio, sets don't have to be physical, and 'post' can now be fixed in 'pre'.
This single day course is for production team to understand how and when to leverage this innovative tool to reduce costs and time.
UE Creative Teams
and Operators
Creating the scene in UE is only half the story in Virtual Production. As the creative responsible for the art and performance, on-set challenges can be lengthy and frustrating to the production.
This one day introduction course will get you hands-on within a fully operational VP Studio in order to appreciate the workflow, opportunities and compromises that need to be made when scoping, building and while filming.
Social Media Creators
Use of Innovation for engagement and entertainment is a key tool for any creator to keep followers attention. With the existing presentation format, any deviation from this norm will inevitably result in follower and sponsor approval. Utilising Virtual Production, influential creators can now leverage the full potential of broadcast giants.
Our one day course will explain the technology options, their use, creative options, commercial opportunities and hands-on in-front of the camera studio experience, leading to elevated content opportunities.
Broadcast &
AV Professionals and Teams
Creating a virtual broadcast studio is only half the story of Virtual Production.
Now with the use of camera tracking and CGI, the question:
'What is a normal broadcast studio?' can be asked.
This one day introduction course will get you hands-on within a fully operational VP Studio in order to appreciate the workflow, opportunities and compromises that need to be made when scoping, building and while broadcasting in a studio or at an event.
